Fairly clean place with very amiable and affable staff and particularly nice view to back gardens. Lots of options for good breakfast. Unbeatable location - just off all shops and restaurants, and Karlsruhe, Sophienstrasse. Also, in the centre of town. A pretty standard hotel, my first choice in Karlsruhe.
Beds were very narrow.

The breakfast was satisfactory, the check in was quick. Got the same comfort double room booked online with kitchen and a terrace and the bathroom.

Efficient services were available. The staff were very amiable and patient, provided us with a brand-new room with a nice view. Location: the hotel was close to the ferry at Amsterdam, the center of the shopping and tourist district and tourist district.

All our wishes were taken into account by the hotel manager. Everything is very clean, tidy, cozy, almost home-like. Within walking distance (1-2 minutes) a large store that will satisfy any request for food and drink. close to the hotel there are many cozy courgettes, where you can have a nice dinner and a good beer. In one of them, one across the street from the hotel on Saturday was live music. nice) The place itself is quiet and peaceful. All the places in the area don't make any noise or inconvenience. All the sights of the city can be reached on foot... I separately recommend the zoo and botanical garden, by the way, it is adjoined by an excellent museum of painting, classical and modern. I recommend it very much! Plan for the zoo all day. Less, just not enough time. There are places to eat, walk, have something (who) to see, where to relax (Japanese garden, rosary) and go for a boat ride. From Frankfurt you can get there in an hour and a half by a comfortable train, depending on the chosen train and time of day. Yes, if you are interested, taxi from Karlsruhe railway station to the hotel costs 10 euros. town itself, makes a very pleasant impression. Have a nice trip and enjoy your stay!!!

- It's a nice clean room. Really clean... - The presence of a kitchen in the room with everything you need to prepare breakfast ... - I personally liked the layout of the bedroom (we lived in a two-storey room, we could see the sunrise over the Black Forest from our window, very beautiful:), but for families with children or people with disabilities steep stairs can be a problem ... - You can walk to the centre and its attractions.
- It was very hot in the bedroom. Maybe for someone it was a plus... - There's a lack of cosmetic repairs in the bathroom... - Fountains, I thought, pillows. It's not good for allergic people... - The bed wasn't a double bed, it was actually two single beds, but it didn't interfere much... These are, in my opinion, minor minuses, generally a good impression of the hotel.

A good location (however, from the station about 12-15 minutes in a quick step, but you can take a tram a couple of stops, and then walk about 5 minutes) - to the center of literally 5 minutes. Right under the windows (you can see it on the photo) is a large grocery store. A comfortable bed, a kitchen and a fairly spacious living area. We lived on the top floor, in the mornings, with good weather, great views of sunrise, sunset.
Cool enough stairs to the bedroom, no raids. A very small kitchen corner and an entrance hall. There's nowhere to put two suitcases. There's virtually no hooks in the bathroom. But the main thing that struck us was that we have a kitchen, but no salt/sugar/pepper. We go down to the reception (to do this, you need to go downstairs, go out and enter the next door), ask for salt, and they have those bags that are everywhere for free to eat - 10 cents!!! Do not pay the hotel for the salt! Walk to the store and there's a tutu with the same salt and pepper as the salads, but for free!

The location is very good. It's very close to the heart of the city (in a walking distance), or if you prefere not to walk the connection with the transportations is also good.
My room was located at -1 (under the groundfloor!).
